Background Information[]
Ursula moved to the city February 5, 2025. She retains her memories from NoPixel 3.0. This includes running multiple businesses for Mr. Kebun, like the Jeweled Dragon. As well as her time with the Clowns. However, this version of Ursula has taken a different path following the Mime Wars. She came back from the war with her emotions intact and she's ready to explore this new city.
