He is known for being concerningly enthused about Pokemon and Star Wars, his two biggest favorite pieces of media. When not in the city he is at his apartment consuming unhealthy amounts of dortios, mountain dew, and anime-related content. He can commonly be found around Otto's or Up-N-Atom enthusing with others about his favorite media.
Tip has a concerning and extensive knowledge of media, prominent or obscure. He is known for often dropping references to select pieces of media, with those references often going over the heads of those not familiar with them.
He is known for, as his name might imply, being gentlemanly to ladies. Though he is polite to women in particular, this behavior extends to everyone in general. He is a softie and prefers to get along with as many people as possible - he makes a point to avoid anyone who seems aggressive, confrontational, or rude.
Physical Description[]
Tip has a stature that he would consider 'robust' while others would simply call it 'embarrassing'. He weighs 350 pounds and is quite the big boy. Despite his heavy stature he is quite mobile and can move around with surprising ease. He claims to have substantial muscle mass hidden underneath the vast body fat - this has yet to be verified by science.

Tip came into the city in the winter 2023 season. He established himself by becoming friends with many locals, landing a job at Up-N-Atom, and spreading his social wings from there.
