General Description[]
Ramee El-Rahman is a core OG member of Chang Gang. He is known as the "Vulture", and "Warlord" of the gang. He is also the dedicated go-to hacker for the gang. Ramee though being the technical 5th OG he tends to take lead of the gang when Mr.K is not in town. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys dice rolling for better deals. Ramee can be usually seen in a black turtle neck with dress pants and Doc Martins. He prides himself on his outfits and car collection.

| Ramee, Mr.K, Lil Tuggz, Wayne, and AP were on a journey to sell joints to locals. They decided to go to the college in Los Santos, they stumbled across the tennis court and they played against each other. As time went on Ramee challenged people on twitter. His first opponent was Raya who challenged him for 100k. As a crowd formed, they decided to start the game. Ramee won all 6 games and kept a clean sheet. He is still currently still taking challenges and will accept anyone with a wager above 25k.
His second match ended in Ramee winning 5-1 against Chaley Harrison. After the match, the opponent tried to flee without paying he was taken down so that he could pay his loss' of 25k His third match was against Jake Paul, where he swept him 6-0 for 25k Then his fourth match he played Chaley's friend Shaq and won another 25k Fifth match was a 6-2 victory for Ramee for 50k, his closest game yet. Sixth match was against Guss the cop, where Ramee won 6-0 for 50k Seventh match was against a FDF member named Henny with 3 sets for 250k, Ramee lost the first set 3-6, The second set Ramee won 6-2, third set Ramee won 6-1, and the fourth set was a 6-1 victory for Ramee. Eighth match was against Nick Clapsky the level 4 house robber. Ramee won 2 consecutive sets for 250k. Ninth match as against Chuck Whitlock the cop for 25k. Ramee won the set 6-4. His tenth match was against Nick Clapsky for 175k, Ramee swept him in 2 sets 6-2 and 6-1. He won his 11th match for 50k 6-0, Then in the same day played Chuck Whitlcok again for 25k won the set 6-4 13th game he played one set for 25k and won against Benny 14th game he played one set for 25k and won back to back. 15th win was against Linx for 40k 16th win was against Stu dressed as Dr.Disrespect for 25k, 4-0 Overall Record 16-0-0
