Johnny grew up in the Russian slums, with a Fatherly American dad and a caring Russian mother, After turning 18 Johnny moved to Chicago where he finished his education and got into college biology major. After finishing college Johnny joined the Chicago Police Department but shortly after becoming Probationary officer of Illinois State Police had to resign of heavy riots in the city and departments corruption and later moved to Los Santos where he was freelancing for a short while before applying for EMS
