Jeff changes his legal first name to Jack in 2.0 General Information
Basil the Clown is a Senior and high-ranking member of the Circus Clowns.
Laughing Jeff is an alternate personality of Basil, who comes out when Basil gets hit on the head. He usually wears a pumpkin mask, laughs in a creepy way, and leaves riddles for Noodle. When the Circus Clowns find him via his riddles, he usually tries to stab them.
Personality[]
Basil the Clown is a sarcastic clown, who is usually a bit more serious than the rest of the Circus Clowns. He has his silly moments however, especially when he is with his wife, Noodle.
Laughing Jeff is an alternate personality of Basil, who is very violent and mean. :o(
Backstory[]
Iron Misfits MC[]
Jeff Webblewok was a founding member of the Iron Misfits MC.
In late 2023 or early 2024, Peggy introduced Jeff to Achoo, and Achoo gave Jeff a quick clown lesson, and Peggy and Achoo turned him into Basil. They robbed stores together as clowns a few times.
The Marker[]
One day when Peggy, Basil, and Achoo were robbing a store, Basil while “fixing” the atm, decided to make the wires into a smiley face. Achoo yelled at him for it to keep up the facade of the group being a clown repair company, however after the police let them free, Achoo gave basil a sharpie marker for him to draw smiley faces. He can often be seen drawing smiley faces in various places, and if anyone asks him about the marker, he will gladly demonstrate how it works.

Blooded Out of The Misfits[]
January 14, 2024 started out like any other Sunday. Jeff was just chilling at West Coast Customs with a few other Misfits.
Then, Hurricane Achoo rolled in.
Achoo grabbed Jeff and drug him down the street in his chair. Since it was just Achoo and Jeff hanging out, he decided to change into his Basil outfit. Little did he know, this would lead to his ultimate demise. (insert evil Achoo laughter…)
Achoo told Basil she wanted to go on an adventure. Then, she took him in a car, and drove him off a cliff into the prison. The only way to get out was to call 911, and when the police arrived, they arrested Achoo and Basil for trespassing.
When Basil got out of prison, he got in big trouble with the Misfits (thats an understatement if I've ever heard one). The Misfits said that since Achoo was the leader of a clown group, and since Basil was wearing a clown fit and hanging out with Achoo, he broke Misfit rules. They decided to blood him out for repping another gang.
Joining the Circus[]
A few days after Basil was blooded out of the Misfits, Achoo reached out to him and told him they would always be friends. Jeff had lost all memory of the Misfits, but Achoo told him all about their friendship, and made him a Circus hang-around. Basil went on to join the Circus, and had helped build the Circus up in many ways, including helping with rank restructuring and writing rules. After being a Ringmaster alongside Achoo for a while, Basil decided to step down a rank and become a Joker.
Laughing Jack[]
Basil has had his head damaged so many times. What clown hasn't? They're all crazy, and Basil is no exception. When Basil gets hit on the head, Laughing Jack comes out. Laughing Jack has lured Achoo and several other Circus Clowns to remote locations several times, by telling Achoo riddles on the phone. Every time, he tries (and sometimes succeeds) to stab the Circus Clowns. On the phone with Achoo, Jack told her that he only stabs those who do something wrong, hurting Achoo's feelings and damaging her relationship with Basil.
Brain injury[]
In August 2024, Basil hadn't been seen for over a week after his last Laughing Jeff incident. Mayhem mentioned to Achoo that Basil had been drinking a lot to help his head pain, so Achoo decided to visit him, despite being scared of Jeff and still hurt by what he said on the phone. But what Achoo found when she entered Basil's apartment was that he was sick, throwing up everywhere with a splitting head pain. Achoo took Basil to the hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU for monitorin. After some testing, it was discovered that Basil had a bruise on his brain, and Allie warned the Circus Clowns that if Basil got injured to his head more, it could have serious repercussions including memory loss or even death. So, Achoo and Bonk got Basil a helmet to wear to protect his head.
