General Description
Irwin Dundee is a well-known, infamous criminal and terrorist. He is the Founder and Prime Minister of the Bondi Boys Motor Club.
Background Information
Irwin Dundee arrived in Los Santos in February 2021 after losing his mother, Janine. He had pushed her in front of a bus while on a rage-fueled bender after being kicked out of a bar. Her death hit him hard and he wound up in Los Santos after a grief-stricken bender. Looking for a fresh start, he decided the city was a chance to start anew.
Dundee's new life in Los Santos was filled with pingas and wild, chaotic antics that ended up with him in constant trouble with the law and completely broke. After the drug rush was no longer satisfactory, Dundee found himself friendless and alone, in debt and out of luck. This is how Mickey S found him, sitting on the ground in an alley. Dundee's newfound friend convinced him that he had one more chance to turn things around.
Dundee decided to build a legacy for himself by following in the footsteps of Australian biker gangs to creating his own niche in the city. He just needed to find some true blue friends to help him make his dream a reality. His gang, called the Bondi Boys MC, was initially formed with two trusted members, Barry Benson and Riley Carter. Key elements were designed in honor of his mother, like wearing denim jackets like she always had and driving her favorite style cars - old-school muscle.
While in prison on a possible terrorism hold Dundee spent so much time in the voting booth that he pissed his pants. He said after the incident "I will piss wherever I want and I will piss on myself!".
Settling in a new city
He eventually returned and re-formed the gang after being overthrown, reestablishing the Bondi Boys as the Prime Minister, but almost a year, he disbanded the BBMC and brought his gang to a new city, re-establishing a new iteration of the club with his former Vice Prime Minister of the previous iteration Tommy Puff and former Bang Boys and Saints member Jacob Cass, who are both also one of the Prime Ministers. Dundee, with Tommy and Jacob become the "Holy Trinity", or co-leaders.

Personality
Irwin Dundee is a very loud, chaotic Australian man. He is obsessed with thrills and highs and was extremely proud to be an Australian, which he showed through his thick, slang-riddled Aussie speech pattern.
Dundee believes the country and the beach are the best places a human can be, and tries to spend as much time as possible in these locations. Dundee is also extremely loyal, and will choose death over snitching. He is also very passionate about keeping those he is loyal to happy, even if it means doing actions that will hurt himself. Dundee enjoys teaching new people to the city the life of crime this includes Yuno Sykk, Jean Paul, Ash Ketchup, Jesse Reed and James Skinner.
Real-Life Inspiration
Dundee is a character inspired by a real-life encounter that Whippy experienced. Whippy was getting fuel for his car when he was greeted by an Australian who was on drugs. He was begging for a lift home, and claimed he could give $20 petrol money as payment.
After Whippy declined the ride, the man became very angry, insulted Whippy with "over the top Australian slang", and then left the service station. The very next day, Whippy created Irwin Dundee; a very rude and over-the-top Australian, asking various San Andreas citizen for "pingas" in exchange for $20 petrol money.
