Hayley is a 25 year old female identifiable by her pale skin and white hair often pulled to the side, light blue eyes, dark eye makeup and a slit in her eyebrow.
She often wears a lot of alternative/emo style black clothing with a touch of red to represent her favorite colors.
She also has many visible tattoos on her body consisting of Medusa on her right arm. Skeleton Party on her left Arm. Dead Pretty on her back. Two Faced on her stomach, Severed Hand on her right leg and Laughing Skull on her left leg.

Hayley was born in Liberty City on December 16th 1999, she grew up poor and had a very challenging upbringing both mentally and physically. her parents were both drug addicts and were never home leaving her to spend majority of her time with her older brother or her cousin Alexandria. at a young age due to feeling like her parents never loved her she started to isolate herself in her bedroom which lead her to become very pale and she ended up developing psychological issues and anger issues and not sure how to control her emotions. her and her brother used to go walking around Liberty City alone once they were teenagers and started learning how to lockpick and steal cars and rob stores for money. eventually Hayley would discover that her brother was only doing those things to make enough money to leave and never came back. after both her cousin and brother left and she had nobody left in her life who cared for her she started feeling so alone and upset she started letting her issues out by stabbing the locals in her town.
Eventually she gets a call from her cousin Alexandria saying that she feels bad for leaving and that misses her and wants her to come to hang out with her in Los Santos and have a fresh start and meet new people, not having any money Alexandria buys her a plane ticket so that she can make it to Los Santos.
After she arrives she starts meeting a lot of new people and unsure how to react she keeps to herself until she feels like she can trust the new people and make friends with them. after learning how similar she is to one of her friends at the time she starts catching feelings and starts to feel like she can be open and vulnerable with him. they confess their feelings to one another and start dating, he starts teaching her how to become a mechanic and how to become a better criminal by showing her how to drive better, perfect her lock picking and get better at shooting. Hayley has never been this happy before and it's because of him, she still has her psychotic moments but is happy to have her friends and partner around by her side
