Liz showed up in a new city, eager to see what it may have to offer, and quickly began exploring. While exploring Legion Square, she may have found a grave, but all-in-all, there were thoughts that she might like it within the city. Knowing that it's a big city, she took herself to PDM and found a cheap car that she'd be able to handle payments being that this city's economy is one for the record books, a Cheval Surge.

- First group of people that Liz interacted with, and is the head of EMS. She offered Liz a job at the hospital, being that they are currently hiring all staff.
Shazza
- A mechanic who works at Harmony that helped Liz get to the hospital after her first big accident that left her car with nothing but the frame.
Lamp
- A mechanic who also works at Harmony that not only fixed up her car after her accident but offer and paid for upgrades to "Pimp Your Ride." causes, according to him, he gets "Down Bad for Damsel in Distressed."
