General Description[]
Crocodile Steve is a Corporal of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD).
Personality[]
Self-described as the most petty cop in the LSPD, Croc adopts a tough, hard-ass attitude towards criminals, regularly taunting and mocking them, often with his megaphone. He particularly enjoys taunting the Bondi Boys Motor Club (BBMC). This attitude has earned him a particular hatred by many of the city's gangs, some of whom hunt him specifically.
Background Information[]
Before he wore the badge, Crocodile Steve was simply a wildlife enthusiast with a big heart and an even bigger love for his fiancée, Leah. The two lived a quiet life in Sandy Shores, spending their days exploring the desert, wrangling snakes, and dreaming of a future filled with adventure. They planned to marry under the blazing sun of Grapeseed, surrounded by nothing but nature and freedom.
But their dream was shattered one fateful night at the Yellow Jack Inn. While sharing a drink, Steve spotted a group of heavily armed gang members conducting a drug deal in the parking lot. Always one to stand up for what was right, he quietly reported the gang to the police, hoping to stop the crime before it escalated.
However, he soon realized the truth: the police were corrupt. The very people sworn to protect the innocent were turning a blind eye, letting the gang operate freely in exchange for a cut of the profits. No backup arrived.
Minutes later, the bar became a war zone. Gunfire erupted as the gang stormed the Yellow Jack, spraying bullets without mercy. Patrons screamed and dove for cover. Steve grabbed Leah’s hand, trying to pull her behind an overturned table. But a stray bullet pierced her chest, and she collapsed in his arms. Her blood soaked into the cracked floorboards as he begged her to hold on. She whispered his name one last time before slipping away.
In the aftermath, Steve was left broken but resolute. When he learned that the police’s corruption had allowed the gang to escape justice, he made a vow: Leah’s death would not be in vain.
Selling off everything he owned, Steve joined the police academy, determined to root out corruption from within. The man once known for wrestling crocodiles now fought criminals, carrying Leah’s memory with him—a constant reminder of the promise he made:

Notable Events[]
| Of all the gangs in Los Santos that Croc contends with, none give him more joy in messing with than the Bondi Boys MC. He's dedicated significant time trying to take down BBMC Prime Minister Irwin Dundee, but has never gone toe-to-toe with the notorious Australian criminal personally. When Dundee went missing after being ocean-dumped by Sam Baas, members of the club who hadn't yet met Croc tried to solicit his help in investigating their Prime Minister's disappearance, but after realizing what a hard-ass and petty cop he could be, the two sides quickly came to blows. As for the BBMC, they consider Croc a top enemy of the club due to his behavior. Members will even shoot him on sight. |
