General Description[]
Albert Butler is a self-proclaimed 'Serial Jaywalker' and 'a rebelious young man'. He has a PHD from the university of Circus and Dance and takes pride in his 'Doctor' status.

First Day[]
On Alberts first day in the city he was picked up at the motel in sandy shores by a mysterious man in a stolen car, who took Albert to city hall and taught him how to do his first job. He then visited the rockford hills dealership only to find everything out of his budget, so he went to the only place he could think to get a cheap vehicle, vespucci beach. There he would buy his first vehicle, a Cruiser bicycle, once he bought the Cruiser he travelled to the bank to check the money he had spent, and there he would be held up by four men and held hostage for a jewelery store heist. The men were very kind and courteous toward Albert and even complimented his bike and fed the man.
